My Project
After school, I'm an Advisor for the Class of 2024 Council Members as well as an after-school tutor for our Twilight and Lighthouse programs. These students stay after school from the end of the school day until 5 pm. So they're hungry or thirsty because, for most that catch the bus, it's another half an hour to an hour ride to their home. Having these snacks for the students will allow them to function with their learning, interacting, and emotions when they don't have to worry about feeling and being hungry/thirsty.
