This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Poor nutrition is proven to exacerbate stress, fatigue, and inattentiveness. As a result, their brains will need more fuel to accommodate both academic and physical activities. This project will provide my students with learning disabilities to have accessible delicious snacks to ensure their potential to become more prepared learners.

My students will benefit from having inviting snacks available for free to them at school when they are attending tutoring and extracurricular activities during after-school hours.

They often display lethargy after lunchtime because they did not want to eat or did not have time to eat due to making up work with a teacher. These delicious snacks will boost their energy and mood for the rest of their time while they are in school.
