My Project
Our students each lunch at 11:14 and are often VERY hungry by 3:00 which is the start of our cross country practice. It is so nice to have a stock of healthy snacks for students to access to make sure they are able to perform their best in practice. The snacks will also be used on the day of meets. We often have long bus rides and it is great to have students be able to have a snack to help fuel them through their race. It is so important to help students understand the connection between proper nutritional and athletic performance.
