My Project

The materials and supplies I am requesting for my students are all things that will make my students' school lives more functional. I am lucky enough to live in a school district that provides basic supplies like paper and pencils. That being said, certain things like food, cleaning supplies, and organizational supplies aren't as readily available. I teach advanced history classes, and my students are extremely hard workers. In fact, the only thing that can be a stumbling block are things that get in the way of their focus: hunger, dirt and grime, and a disorganized room.

My goal is to use these supplies to ensure that my students' learning environment is as clean and comfortable as possible so that they can focus on becoming the most effective critical thinkers they can be.
