Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are going to use our funds to order two adult tricycles for the kids. They will benefit from these, as they will encourage the kids to exercise; they will be able to use them during PE, recess or special occasions to have races with or just let them enjoy some fun physical fitness! The learning outcome will be that the kids will build their stamina by riding as long as they can. Alternately, they can work on their physical intensity for shorter races. They will need helmets, but they will be able to ride the tricycles around campus and have fun.

Our students absolutely love their PE time!

They are sad when we don't have time for it. Just imagine their having two more adult tricycles for our Montessori Middle School Program to ride during our free times. It brings fun into the exercise we all need so much. Thank you for helping our kids!
