Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are wonderful scholars that enjoy coming to school. They are all amazing in their own way and each brings their own special talents into the classroom. Their positive attitude is something that I look forward to every single day.

My Project

The pandemic has made it difficult for my students to share materials and for me to constantly distribute materials in my classroom. Math requires many manipulatives, especially in the first grade classroom where much of math is hands on.

My students need to have their own pencil box that contains their own math tools such as counters, base ten blocks, math mats and coins.

Please help my students each get their own math tool box so that it can house all of the math manipulatives and charts that they need to be successful both at school and at home.
