My Project

I am the art teacher at a K-8 school in our city with such a diverse community. The art room is a place where all students are welcomed, included and respected.

All students, regardless of ability, deserve to feel comfortable, seen and appreciated in my classroom, and have equal access to art creation and exploration.

Please help me in stocking my art room with sensory and adaptive materials, floor tiles, and a light center in order to help my special needs students engage and explore.

We have 3 Life Skills, 2 Intensive Learning Support and 2 Multiple Disabilities classrooms along with many other students in the general Ed classes who would greatly benefit from having access to these items in the art room. Your donation will positively impact so many young kids this year and for years to come!
