My Project

I am a speech-language pathologist in a Title I, urban school district. I work with students who have speech and language delays and disorders. The majority of them are in the early grades or special education classes and are working on developing communication skills.

These interactive, activity books are perfect for teaching expressive and receptive language, as well as beginning communication skills.

I will be able to develop speech and language therapy sessions using these books that target vocabulary, following directions, spatial terms, requesting, and early developing concepts. They are interactive books, so they will be perfect for keeping the children's attention while working on their goals.
