Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These STEM supplies will give students the opportunity to have some hand-on activities to engage the students. I plan on using these STEM activities to open up a whole of science for my student to spark their curiosity and learn about different topics. The TPT gift card will help to buy supplemental activities for both science and math. The flex floor seating will help those students that need to take a break from their seats and move to an area where they can work or take a break. The wagon will help move material and supplies around to work on activities outside the classroom such as outside at the field or under a tree. The books will help expand the classroom library to provide books more of interest for the students. Supplies such as the laminator, glue guns, frame chains, paints, etc will help with creating crafts for the students and their parents.

With the limited resources we have in the classroom, these items will enhance my classroom and give students the opportunity to continue learning while having fun.

This will really make a big difference in their learning, which in turn will make my students get more excited about school.
