My Project

In the after-school mindfulness club that I sponsor, I am constantly in contact with students that get together to truly help each other achieve a better tomorrow for all members. They are really good at listening to each other and truly have a willingness to improve themselves.

It is my hope that I can inspire my students to take care of their minds through both physical fitness and mindfulness.

I have created this project so that I can give them access to various strength training equipment after school. They will also have access to mindfulness through breathing exercises and creating inspirational cards for each other.
