Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students enjoy getting rewards from our class "store." When students exhibit responsible behavior, excellent performance, hard word, and good citizenship, they can earn tickets to "purchase" things from the store such as pencils and fidgets. Students look forward to spending their hard earned tickets every Friday.

Rewards not only celebrate their achievements, but also motivate students and reinforce positive behaviors.

It helps students to reach their goals, build confidence, and improve classroom participation. A rewards program creates a structured system where students understand that consistent effort and good performance lead to recognition, helping them take ownership of their learning.
