Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach students with mild learning disabilities. My students' personalities make my job enjoyable. They are respectful, talkative, creative, and eager learners. Unfortunately, COVID-19 pandemic has interrupted our learning in a classroom setting. Despite the transition to online learning, my students are still motivated to learn through various online platforms. My goal for the new school year is to continue to provide explicit instruction that will support my different learners.

Please help me get the technology needed to continue supporting all students during distance learning.

Online teaching has been a learning experience for all. My students and their families have worked hard during this transition. Help me by providing my students with technology that will support their learning goals.

My Project

The document camera will support my teaching when delivering explicit instruction. This device will provide visual and audio support during teacher modeling. This device can also be used to scan teacher notes, student work, and can be uploaded to different online platforms.

The document camera will enhance how I create and deliver information to my students with learning disabilities.

Offering visual representations during my lessons will support in meeting students' learning goals.

My students and their parents will be excited to see this device integrated during distance learning. I look forward to utilizing this device!
