Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I can't wait to make my classroom library organized and accessible. I am a third grade teacher in a high-need community. My students need frequent opportunities to read books at their level in order to increase their reading scores and motivation.I am fortunate enough to have plenty of reading material for my students during their independent reading time. Unfortunately, since I only have a couple of reading shelves, the books are not organized in a way that makes selecting a book quick and easy. I would love to organize my classroom library and activities in a way that motivates students to choose their independent reading books and complete extension activities. In order to accomplish this, I need color-coded book bins, labeled book boxes, and color-coded trays to distribute and collect reading projects.Your help in funding this project will help my students access their classroom library more effectively.
