Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My scholars would really benefit from this because they will have access to healthy foods. They will also have access to foods they bring from home because a lot of their food needs to be refrigerated. This will help them transition from home to school since this will be their first time in school. I can also refrigerate almond milk which some of my scholars only drink.

This will also help my scholars with responsibility since I can give them a classroom job as helpers.

They can take out the snacks and bring them back. This will also help with math since they will be counting how many they need.
