Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will help guide, teach, reinforce young peoples' desire for acceptance and belonging . My goals are to help students identify that they are coming-of-age and show them that they do have the ability to tap into their confidence within and enhance it. This is done by strengthening their self-worth with vital discussions about vulnerability and sensitivity. My students are special because they're growing up in era where they truly have more access to the world around them due to endless stimuli by the media. They have the ability to make small changes in themselves and instantly help others and their peers to do the same. They are positive influences on future generations. They're already striving to improve this world by being kind, patient and supportive of one another.
