My Students

My students are among the kindest and most dedicated students in NYC. They care for each other and have learned to accept each other. We have developed an accepting rapport within our classroom. It's time to go to the next level of acceptance. .

Acceptance of all cultures is the next step in our education!

My students need to deepen their knowledge and acceptance of other cultures. They need to accept people of all cultures and walks of life in order to make the world a better place to live.

My Project

With the use of these books my students will deepen their understanding and acceptance of diversity in our community and world. The students will read, discuss, and internalize the books' messages. The students will strengthen reading skills as they explore how other people live and think.

Acceptance of all cultures is the key to our success.

My students will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of books on their independent reading levels about diversity and acceptance.

My goal is to strengthen the students' knowledge of the importance of acceptance of each other's cultures and beliefs through the use of these books.
