Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this project, I have requested coding books, various coding resources and activities, such as Botley the Coding Robot, Code & Go Robot Mouse Activity Set, and building bricks, to help give my students an opportunity to explore and engage in the world of coding.

With your support, my students would be the FIRST, first grade class in our school to be able to work beyond iPad games, and learn valuable, coding skills during their school year.

Students would be able to work with peers to explore various off-screen STEAM activities, and engage in rich, problem-solving discussions to practice their listening and speaking skills.
