Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my early childhood classroom are families who are single parents or have big families. I enjoy doing centers that demonstrate their learning and hands-on activities, including crafts, when I do my activities. I have a group of 30 small, cute, and excited students eager to learn from an excited teacher who wants to teach them these activities.

These are students who are excited to learn, excited to do different activities.

I enjoy working with hands-on activities, and students enjoy working with these activities because they learn more and enjoy asking questions. I have so many different minds, and they give me ideas on what they would enjoy doing for the next day.

My Project

I am a K3 bilingual teacher. Creating an environment of excitement is what I want to bring into my classroom. I work with students who are low-income and of different types of races. My little ones enjoy working with letters because we make a game out of everything we have available. We don't have the materials that we need but we do make it work as much as we can. I don't ask for much, but what I do ask is for a chance for my little ones to reach their highest goals in digging deep in learning their letters and sounds.

Making everyday fun is what my little ones enjoy the most.

Having them pick out their activities is what makes my day and knowing they enjoy it, is the most satisfying experience. The products that I have selected will help my students be more effective in their learning.
