Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Pre-K students are at the very beginning of their literacy journey, and I want to give them the best foundation possible. They love exploring letters, listening to stories, and engaging in hands-on activities that make learning fun.

The resources in this project—letter builders, alphabet stampers, and a storytelling kit—will provide my students with meaningful, interactive ways to develop early literacy skills.

With these materials, they will practice letter recognition, letter formation, fine motor skills, and storytelling. The Alphabet Stampers and Magnetic Letter Builders will give them a hands-on approach to understanding how letters are formed. My goal is to create a literacy-rich classroom where my students feel confident and excited to explore letters, sounds, and words. These resources will help set them up for success in reading and writing, building a strong foundation for future learning. Every child deserves the opportunity to develop these essential skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment, and this project will help make that possible!

My students come from diverse backgrounds, and for many, this is their first classroom experience. I want to ensure they have the tools they need to grow, thrive, and develop a lifelong love for learning. With your support, we can bring literacy to life in our classroom!
