My Students

When students use technology, they become very involved in what they are learning. When students see themselves on camera or when they are being filmed, they get very enthusiastic about the activity they're working on.

I teach fifth grade at a high poverty school in California.

They are excited to be in their last year of elementary school. My students are fortunate to be able to access curriculum using the document camera and the computer lab. My students love doing projects and activities to show what they are learning. My fabulous fifth graders are engaged when they get to learn with and use technology. They will love using the digital camera to make videos and slide shows they can share with each other and their families.

My Project

I am requesting a digital camera for the classroom so my students and I can capture fifth grade activities and projects in pictures and film. Then we can share them with students and their families at graduation, Open House, and Back to School Night!

My fabulous fifth graders will love taking pictures of each other doing classroom projects and activities.

My students and their parents will love seeing themselves in pictures and video, and so will their families!
