My Students

My students are smart, creative and curious explorers that are eager to engage in hands-on arts and crafts activities. They love to express themselves through various forms of art. We are ready to take the next step and show our artistic side by creating three dimensional projects. This will enhance the children’s visual and spatial awareness, improve their fine motor skills, and build their math and science critical thinking skills.

My Project

My students are young learners who are entering school for the very first time. Their learning takes place through hands-on activities, play based opportunities, and tactile stimulation. The arts and crafts materials will be aligned with the units of study throughout the year.

The materials will allow the children to construct three-dimensional art projects that will show their creativity and support learning through trial and error and the use of scientific thinking.

It will also support their eye-hand coordination, fine motor skills and their abilities to design, construct and deconstruct shapes.
