My Project

We love quality, decodable books! Decodable books allow students to use the phonic skills we are learning in class. Students can practice their decoding skills incrementally as we introduce new letters and sounds with this exciting series of books from Whole Phonics.

I recently received a few sets of these decodable books from Whole Phonics, and my first graders can't get enough!!!

The books contain colorful, fun illustrations and hilarious, engaging stories. My students pour over them, eager to read the next book in the series.

I have quickly discovered that I don't have enough of these books to meet the demands of my students. Having multiple copies of each title means we can read and discuss the books as a small group and allow students to check them out to read with their families. Students love taking these books home to show their family members!

We want a whole lot more of the Whole Phonics books! Thank you for supporting our classroom!
