My Project

Winter break is quickly approaching and I would love to send my students home with a few things to keep them warm, their mind active, and their hands busy! We will be reading the book, "The Mitten" in class throughout December and the felt pieces would be great to help retell the story in a different way. I would also like to be able to send home a copy of the book with each of my students.

This is a great way to encourage their literacy while at home with their parents.

While their minds are listening to the story, I want to be sure they have a few items to stay warm over the break. I have added mittens and fuzzy socks for each student. Last, but not least, I would like to send them off with a fine motor activity to keep their hands active. A small thing of kinetic sand is listed for each student to take home with them. I hope you can help me give my students a warm winter break!
