This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A tri-fold poster board is one of the most valuable tools a student can have at a science fair. It transforms a simple experiment into a full story that’s easy to follow. Instead of just telling someone about your project, you get to show them everything—step-by-step—on a large, organized display. That makes a big difference when explaining scientific ideas.

The three sections help structure information naturally.

One side might show the question and hypothesis, the middle section displays results and visuals, and the last panel wraps it all up with conclusions. That flow helps judges and visitors easily understand what the student did and what they discovered.

Even more, the tri-fold board helps students take pride in their work. Designing the board with color, titles, and pictures encourages creativity and effort. It also teaches real-world skills like organization, planning, and public speaking. A great science fair project doesn’t just come from a cool experiment—it also comes from how well it’s shared. And a tri-fold board is the perfect way to do that.
