This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will benefit from the incentives and prizes because they will be more motivated to finish their assignments, maintain focus, and behave well in class. Every day, kids receive a ticket according to a class chart. They can acquire something from the treasure chest box once they have ten tickets. This covers things similar to what I'm asking for in this project. When they can select the gift, students are ecstatic. Every time they receive a ticket, their motivation is evident. The excitement to get their tickets is visible.

With this project, I want the students to choose from a range of rewards that they can receive for their excellent behavior both inside and outside of the classroom.

Unfortunately, purchasing well-liked incentives can be expensive. When my kids anticipate, count, and receive their prizes for earning 10 tickets, I want to see their happy smiles. Each and every kid ought to have access to a range of incentives. Every student puts in a lot of effort every day to study two languages, and it might be difficult to balance their conduct. Their efforts deserves to be acknowledged as a result.
