Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager to learn and explore new things. Adding items to our classroom will help enhance language, social skills, mathematical thinking, and exploration. To ensure that each student is getting the most out of their first learning experience, I would like to revive some learning areas by replacing some of the games that are broken or missing pieces. Providing student-level storage units and containers will make materials more organized and accessible to children.

The more inviting the learning areas feel, the more the students will visit them.

In an effort to make our learning areas more inviting for our students, we are asking for a Chest of Drawers for the house area, as well as fun comfortable seating for the library, and other learning materials to develop language and mathematical skills, that will make our classroom areas look their best for our students.

Lastly, we are asking for special holiday craft projects for students to make and take home for their families and a glue gun to use for special projects as well as fixing some toys.
