My Project

I have a student who is in a bad spot.

This student has terrible social anxiety and, apparently, things are not great in their homelife.

Now, they have not ASKED me for these items, but I know this student well enough to know what would cheer them up and Tolkien, Lewis and Rowling would definitely cheer them up!

This student has seen all the films made from this literature, but has never read the texts (which is strange, considering what a voracious reader they are!).

Bottom line: I have a student who is going through some tough times: mentally, socially and mentally... and since I try and make sure that my students' well-being is thoroughly taken care (in all respects) I am asking for some gifts that would cheer this student up and give them a much-needed reprieve from their (at the moment) imperfect reality.
