My Students

My preschool class has been fortunate enough to have our listening center project fully funded. Now we need core books on CD for them to explore.

My preschoolers are from one of the most poorest areas in Southern California.

Despite their plight, they are such enthusiastic learners and love coming to school everyday. Most of my students are second language learners and learning how to speak English in my class.

My Project

I have chosen books on CD that are targeted to the different themes that I teach during our academic school year. These stories just make the different themes and lessons be so much more impressionable to their little minds. It is such a valuable experience for second language learners to hear fluent speakers read any kind of stories. They learn inflection and intonation as well as introducing them to the wondrous world of books.

Please help me enhance my thematic lessons for my preschoolers.

With these books on CD Their worlds will be open to such amazing and wonderful learning experiences. They will learn to use their imaginations to see the story.
