My Project

I work at a K-8 school located on the Upper East Side. My second graders are the most amazing, passionate, curious thinkers, builders, and explorers. They are learning and growing every day. They enjoy coming to school, love all subjects, and have a desire to learn. They motivate me and enrich my passion for teaching. In an effort to close the achievement gap, I would like to provide my students with the resources to enhance learning opportunities.

Our classroom does not have a rug for the upcoming school year and having a place where we can come together to talk, learn, sing, and dance is important!
