Help me give my students snacks and water to keep them motivated during class.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Young's classroom raised $390

My Students
I have the pleasure teaching College Career Readiness, Economics, and US Government to 10th and 12th graders. My students do attend a Title I School where all my students receive free lunch. Many of them come from low income families. My students come ready to learn and receive the instructions daily. I encourage my students to be the best version of themselves they can be.
My students are hard working and energetic individuals who come ready to learn each day.
I enjoy teaching and exposing them to the material they will need in order to be successful in life.
My Project
Providing snacks in my class will help students to stay focused, as well as reward them for a job well done. Although all of the students in my class receive a free lunch at school, I want to ensure that each student has their favorite snack to supplement their lunch.
These snacks will serve to motivate my students if they find themselves distracted by hunger.
Once all of their basic needs are met, there will be nothing to stand in the way of my students and their education. The water and Powerade will prevent trips to the water fountain, which will keep students safe from the Covid-19 virus. The storage containers will be used to keep our food safe and fresh in the classroom.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
