This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With class sizes increasing, my students do not have a place to sit and work. Having another table in our classroom will give all of my students a place to sit while they are reading or completing classwork.
Having enough tables and chairs in a classroom is important.
Tables are the basics of classroom furniture and school supplies.
In my classroom, I offer flexible seating however, when it comes to teaching proper handwriting and letter formation, all students need to have a seat at the table. Students need to have their own space to work at. With your support, my students will be able to sit at a table and have a place to call their workspace.
