My Project

Our classroom really needs a dedicated space for small-group learning. I love meeting with my students in small groups. It gives me the opportunity to get to know my students better and help me to understand what they need to be successful in their learning. Small-group learning is essential to meeting each student's specific needs

Currently, we gather for our small-group learning on the classroom rug, but this is not an ideal meeting spot.

Meeting on the rug means that there is nowhere to put our books and other materials needed for the lesson. It makes it difficult for the students to write and can be a very big distraction.

Having this table in our classroom will give us a place to meet comfortably and will make our small-group learning time more meaningful.
