A School of Promise for Youth of Promise

Help me give my students binders, pencil pouches, filler paper, deodorant, and other needed materials. We are an alternative program and some of our students do not have the resources to obtain certain materials needed for their success. Please help us help our students.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our students strive to do their best no matter what obstacle stands in their way, regardless of their situation.

Our school requires students to bring binders and pencils/pens daily.

We do not have lockers for our students so they are required to bring their supplies with them to every class. These supplies will help our students to come to class prepared and organized. Students will utilize the binders and pens/pencils for notes and assignments. If students need personal hygiene supplies we would also like to be able to provide those students with deodorant.

Our high school is an alternative school, and some of our students may not have the means to obtain the items that they may need for school or for their personal hygiene. We would like our students to know that we are here to help them with their educational success.
