Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to create a warm and inviting environment where all students feel comfortable, safe, and ready to learn. By adding rugs, candle warmers, and snacks, I aim to make the space feel more like home. The rugs will help reduce noise and provide a calming atmosphere, while candle warmers (using safe, flameless options) will offer gentle, soothing scents to enhance the cozy ambiance.

These additions will help students focus on their work while feeling more at ease, especially during moments of stress or anxiety.

Snacks are also an important part of fostering a welcoming environment. Many of my students may need a boost during long school days, so having snacks available will help them recharge and stay engaged. By providing these simple comforts, I hope to create a space where every student can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Your donation will support these efforts and make a tangible difference in my students' daily experience. Thank you for helping us build a classroom that feels like home!
