My Project

Kindergarten is the new first grade. Students are expected to do a lot even when kindergarten is sometimes their first experience at schooling. Being a responsible student is a part of my schools motto, and teaching kindergarten students to be responsible for their own belongings is important as their years of school goes on!

Seat sacks will help my students learn to be organized and responsible for their own classroom materials such as their workbooks for math, science, reading, science and social studies.

Currently, we use one milk crate per table and the books are all over the place and hard to keep organized since the crates are small and each child has about 3-4 books in total. Seat sacks will help my students be responsible for their own workbooks as well as learning how to keep their work station clean and being able to follow directions verbally given by the teacher on which books to take out.
