My Project

“Every project has its challenges and every challenge has its rewards.” As children, this quote is hard to conceptualize. But extrinsic motivation..that’s an easy one. Working with an incredibly talented group of fifth graders, I am hoping to provide them with toys, fidgets, Rubik’s cubes, and other rewards to use as a means of inspiration and a tool to keep them working hard. It is said that extrinsic rewards exert a powerful and positive influence on human behavior, as well as a dead side to chase one’s goals. For a child, this could not be more true.

Your contribution will help to increase productivity in the classroom and excite the students.

Seeing the incredible options of fun rewards, my students will feel appreciated and you can make that happen. I thank you so much for any and everything you can do to help these incredible students feel empowered and inspired.
