Help me give my students access to colored paper to help them stay organized.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach at a Title I school, which means many of my students are at or below the poverty level. But make no mistake - these students are amazing: kind, hard working, generous - they just need a little bit of help!
Keeping important resources on colored paper is a great way to ensure students stay organized and keep what's most important.
Whether it's a handout on Notice & Note strategies, Freytag's Pyramid, Figurative Language, or Independent Reading, students can quickly and easily find (and not get rid of!) these materials when a colored paper organizational system is put into place. This would help them tremendously.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
