Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This iPad will be a powerful tool that will enhance my teacher craft. As a 4th and 5th grade teacher I have to constantly attend professional development meetings. This device will allow me to take virtual courses and will help me work with the many educational platforms such as Schoology, Discovery Education, and much more. It will provide me with ample support for my diverse learners. I will also allow me to collaborate with my colleagues on a regular basis. I will use the Apple iPad Pro, iPad pen, and the keyboard to prepare myself with the technological demands of Common Core and prepare me for the 21st century. I will create PowerPoint slide shows and graphic organizers of content-based learning to improve my craft as a teacher and support the Common Core State Standards of technology.

Studies have shown that technology is powerful and allows them to gain knowledge in interactive ways.

Donations to this project will allow me to fully participate in different professional development opportunities throughout the year. The screen protector and case will help protect the device.
