Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items on my wish list are meant to create a space that will lower math anxiety and welcome students to a positive learning space. The lamps requested will help remove the coldness of white light and bring in warm hues into my classroom.

The goal of my project is to further student understanding of growth mindset and mathematical understanding by creating an inviting learning environment.

Post pandemic, my students have shown me that they need extra support in lowering anxiety and the need to constantly positively affirm their abilities. With your help my students will get just that! The stickers will be used as rewards and the posters will be used as references to deepen their learning!
