My Project

I am requesting one large rug for my students to sit on during calendar time and other instructional time. Students will use the rug for most of the day. They are only 5 years old so giving them individual spaces to sit nicely on the floor would be wonderful.

Right now my students are sitting on a small, old rug marked off with duct tape, tears and fraying.

The current rug is too small to provide spaces for all my current students. The damage and tape are creating a distraction for my students. I would like to create the most comfortable and inspiring environment possible with a newer, larger rug.
