My Students

Deep in South Brooklyn is a Title 1 elementary school filled with students of diverse backgrounds and experiences. As an ICT classroom, (Inclusively co-taught - one special education teacher and one general education teacher in one classroom collaborating together) my co-teacher and I work hard to create a loving community for kids of differing backgrounds and ability levels.

We understand the immense responsibility we have to make school be the best it possibly can.

My Project

If anyone has been around students and hand sanitizer, you know the "right amount" is hard to come by! Usually, hand sanitizer is found all over the floor, dumped off of hands into garbage cans - or not enough is used. These automatic dispensers will allow students to get just the right amount of hand sanitizer, using the adjustable volume settings. The touchless thermometer will help us, teachers, to be at the forefront of keeping our classroom healthy.

Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our biggest learning priority!
