Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A Mac will give my students the access to explore demos, take pictures, and go on virtual field trips. With the COVD-19 restrictions, slowly lifting students are limited to space within the school building. This adds to the challenges and struggles of staying focused. Supporting my classroom will help my students to be creative and excited about learning and help them maintain focus. Learning is just not one-sided they love to create videos and take pictures. The MacBook will be a perfect addition to have for this purpose. Also, I intend to use the MacBook to support my students in small groups in the classroom makes the learning more personal to create a blended learning area in the classroom. Creating a visual focus area in the classroom can help some students who are having difficulty regaining focus. In addition, confidence in learning and the desire to participate.
