This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In this project, I am hoping to provide my students with more stories written by Diane Alber and help create a better calming space.

My students deserve sensory supports and tools to support social emotional learning in their academic day.

Most of my students come from low-income households and I want to continue to provide them with tools to help them succeed. My district has supported my school with a starter kit for Diane Albers' 'Little Spot' books and plushes. There is so much more from this author that my students and staff would be so excited to use.
