My Project

I will be using the Little Spot of Emotions book sets to teach students about feelings during our daily class meeting. Each day we will have a class meeting. During the first couple of months of school students learn about a different emotion for a full week. The plush toys will be displayed around the room to help remind students of the different emotions.

Students will begin to recognize what emotions they are having and learn skills to become emotionally regulated.

My students love listening to read alouds. The displayed plush toys will really help students think about their emotions more often.
