My Project

Building good relationships with your students can go a long way in closing the achievement gap. Know your students and track their progress throughout the learning sessions. This helps you identify each student’s strengths and areas of weaknesses and adjust your instruction accordingly. With a rhombus classroom students will thrive with rewards to reinforce positive behavior, chapter books to engage with different genres, chart paper to share interactive learning through collaboration.

Help me give my students the resources they will need to increase positive student behavior and learning.

Encourage a growth mindset by recognizing and praising effort and perseverance among students. Closing the achievement gap in the classroom is key to providing students with the necessary education
