This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is located in a small rural town with students from diverse backgrounds. They love to read but need help getting on grade level. This project is specifically designed to help my students achieve this goal by having an easily accessible class library.

Not all of my students read at the same level, so I plan to have books in our class library that they are excited about reading to help get them on grade level.

I want to give them access to books that can help get them started on their reading journey.
