My Project
There is a book for EVERY student! They simply need the "right" one! The school library is a great way to get books into the hands of teens. It is equitable, cost-effective, and encourages students to try different kinds of books with no risk or cost.
Your donation will help to put more of the books that teens want into our school library!
Our school library collection serves students from 7th through 12th grade. They have diverse interests and reading abilities, so I try to keep our library stocked with great choices for all, including graphic novels, fascinating non-fiction, popular fiction, and engaging classics. Reading is deeply beneficial to our students in a variety of ways: it helps to improve writing skills and academic achievement, develop empathy, reduce stress, and gain knowledge of the world. Now, more than ever, students need the books that will make reading a joy.
