This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students work hard to meet behavior expectations every day but our prize box is nearly empty. I surveyed the kids to ask what kinds of prizes would motivate them, and they came up with the list that I submitted. My goal is to give my class an incentive to continue their great behavior and use their Talon Tokens to "buy" prizes. Each day they have an opportunity to earn a Talon Token in the classroom as well as more throughout the school. They would love having a well-stocked prize box.
