Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with students with special needs. Each child adds a unique characteristic to the class. I want them to feel comfortable in the class and want them to want to come to school every day. Unfortunately with all the changes in the DOE, I was told last minute about the class I was having and didn't have enough time to make the class as cozy as possible. My goal is to make the reading area fun and enjoyable. Children should enjoy reading and what better way to enjoy it with furniture that is welcoming and fun.
