My Project

Donating money to our school's gardening project will provide an invaluable opportunity for our young students to connect with nature and engage in hands- on learning. Our preschool in Brooklyn lacks a playground and outdoor space, making it difficult for children to experience the benefits of being outside. With your support, we can purchase planters and soil, creating a small, yet meaningful garden along the wall of our school. This project will give children a safe and enriching space to explore the natural world, fostering curiosity and creativity in a way that is currently unavailable to them.

The garden will play a vital role in our students' development.

Gardening offers numerous educational benefits, including lessons in responsibility, teamwork, and patience. Children will have the chance to plant seeds, care for growing plants, and observe the changes over time, all of which will help them understand the cycles of nature. It also introduces them to important concepts such as sustainability and environmental stewardship, giving them a foundation of respect for the natural world that will stay with them for years to come.
